TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2020 By James Orondo Owino, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Otieno Owino, who died on 28th December, 2018. CAUSE No. E5 of 2020 By Charles Rakara Oyugi, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Ogangai, who died at Central Kanyamkago Location, on 27th October, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
