TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Margaret Wangui Mwaura, of P.O. Box 379, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Mwaura Githuka alias Evans Mwaura Gichuka, who died at Kagaa Location, on 15th June, 2017. CAUSE No. 198 OF 2020 By (1) Ruth Wanjiru Gikima and (2) Dominic Kimani Gikima, both of P.O. Box 80, 01 Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gikima Kimani, who died at Simba Sub- location, on 31st January, 2011. CAUSE No. 199 OF 2020 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
