TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 486 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Achieng Agonda, (2) Jecinter Akinyi Odhiambo and (3) Meshack Ochieng Agonda, all of P.O. Box 4670-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter-in-law and son, respectievely, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Agonda Nyabinge, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 13th October, 1998. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2020 By Odhiambo Brian Stephen, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorothy Adhiambo Adhola, who died on 12th October, 1994. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2020 By Maurice Odhiambo Aloo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajuang Oyamo alias Ajwang Oyamo, who died on 12th December, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
