TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 100 OF 2020 By Edward Otieno Nyakoyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Nyakoyo Kwogo alias Ernest Nyakoyo Kuogo, who died on 12th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 548 OF 2020 By Jamilla Aluoch Ochieng, othe deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shaibu Ochieng' Juma, who died at Kajul, Kogony, on 4th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 549 OF 2020 By Ahmed Juma Karim, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Juma Karim, who died on 25th March, 1992. CAUSE No. 563 OF 2020 By Amos Ochieng Odera, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Olela Oduor, who died on 16th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
