TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 89 OF 2020 By (1) Eliazar Ogalo Adede and (2) Seth Okech Wanjara, the deceased's grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Adede Onyango alias Adede Onyango, who died at Karabondi, on 2nd August, 1987. CAUSE No. 137 OF 2020 By Alice Atieno Odolo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Odolo Hongo, who died at Ojola, on 7th January, 2018. CAUSE No. 300 OF 2020 By Jashon Bodo Omedo, the deceased's grandson, for a gram of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sara Orende Awinda, who died on 15th March, 1975. CAUSE No. 425 OF 2020 By Serefina Adero Ajowi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Ongo Onditi alias Yamo Onditi, who died at Nyamrongo, Chiga, on 16th May, 1991. CAUSE No. 470 OF 2020 By Ayub Moses Owaka Oduor, of P.O. Box 52428-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonam Oduor. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
