TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E6 OF 2020 By (1) Antony Maina Gitere, (2) Julia Wairimu Maina and (3) Miriam Nyambura Maim, all of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Maim Anthony Giterewho died at Ngorika, on 19th January, 2002. CAUSE No. E31 OF 2020 By Joyce Waithira Kimani, of P.O. Box 68, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kimani Mbuthia, who died at Kabazi Sub-location, on 21st January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
