Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, through Birech, Ruto & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Kabutie Rugut, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2018. Moetto & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration inttestate to the estate of Kipserem arap Kiptiony, who died at Ngenyilel Sub-location, on 25th February, 2005. CAUSE No. E00 I OF 2020 By Daniel Birgen, of P.O. Box 990, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Lamai Sitini, who died at Simat, on 1st May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
