TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2020 By John Peter Nyaga M'Mbui, of P.O. Box 301-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Njagi Keah, late of Meru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2008. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2020 By Justus Mucheni Kugwiria, of P.O. Box 80-60400, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Kugwiria M'Mirigi alias M'Kugwiria M'Murigi, late of Karongoni Sub-location, who died there on 29th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
