TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E005 OF 2020 By (1) Kasee Musee and (2) Syonthi, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musee Nzioki, who died at Kitui, in 1967. CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2020 By Joseph Malombe Muli, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Kioko, who died at Kaveta Sub-location, on 20th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
