TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 184 of 2020 By Reuben Kiptoo Kering, of P.O. Box 157, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kipkering Chumo, who died at Litein, on 4th February, 2004. CAUSE No. 186 OF 2020 By Solomon Kimutai Sigei, of P.O. Box 455-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipsigei A. Bengat, who died at Kipkoiyan, on 5th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
