Box 63, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Mwangangi Mutua alias Joseph Mwangangi Mutia alias Mwangangi Mutua alias J. M. Mutua, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2019. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2020 By (1) Kennedy Mussella Mwololo and (2) Edwin Mutinda Musela, both of P.O. Box 249-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwikali Mussella, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2019.
