TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By Samwel Gati Mwita, of P.O. Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Sinda, who died at Komosoko Sub-location, on 14th February, 2013. 18th September, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3733 CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By (1) Matiko Masero Mangora, (2) Zakaria Nyasoko Masero and (3) Ngocho Robert Chacha, all of P.O. Box 296, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masero Gesegeyi, who died at Ihore Sub-location, on 2nd October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
