TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2019 By (I) Nashuru Natawane Ntaiyia and (2) Daniel Ntaiyia ole Saris, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kengera Oino, who died at Ositu Oino, on 31st March, 2012. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Nashuru Natawane Ntaiyia and (2) Daniel Ntaiyia ole Saris, both of P.O. Box 61, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ketikai ole Ntaiyia, who died at Moita, on 17th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
