TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 77 OF 2020 By Dickson Nyaligu Manyada, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamisi Manyatta Mwabali, who died at Chamakanga Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1994. CAUSE No. 78 OF 2020 By Colleta Kasiala Karani, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Karani Kedogo, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 10th August, 2012. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2020 By Francis Khanjilwa Asega, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asenga Mwashi, who died at Gamoi Sub-location, on 9th August, 1997. CAUSE No. 103 OF 2020 By Shadrack Asiavukhaya Akhaya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akhaya Asalu, who died at Gamoi Sub-location, on 28th May, 1991. CAUSE No. 107 OF 2020 By Laban Tsihugwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ayodi Zihugwa alias Joseph Ayondi, who died at Chavogere Sub-location, on 31st August, 1978. CAUSE No. 168 OF 2020 By Catherine Khabere, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Akemena Imbala alias Akemena Imbala, who died at Kedoli Sub-location, on 10th April 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
