TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 OF 2016 By (1) Kioko Wambua Itinga and (2) James Kyalo Wambua, both of P.O. Box 207, Kikima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Kiio Itinga, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 200 OF 2020 By Serah Kamene Mbithi, of P.O. Box 28-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mbithi Mwanzau, who died at Kikumini. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
