TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 31 OF 2020 By Annacleta Jepkoech Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 285, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Cheruiyot Chepkiyeng, who died in Chelingwa, on 22nd December, 2019. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2020 By David Chirchir Kibiego, of P.O. Box 247, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiego Kandie Kipchoge, who died at Keiyo, on 16th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
