TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By (I) Charles Mwangi Njoroge and (2) George Mwangi Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 5, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Thomas Njoroge David Mwangi alias Alfred T. Njoroge David Mwangi, who died at Saba Saba Sub-location, on 11th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Phoebe Wamaitha Njuguna and (2) John Mwaura Njuguna, through Messrs. Muiruri and Wachira, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Josphat Kimuhu, who died on 4th september, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
