TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 321 OF 2019 By Isaac Kipngeno Korir, of P.O. Box 102, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sowe arap Chepkwony, who died at Chebirirbei, on 5th August, 1984. CAUSE No. 98 of 2020 By ( I) Joseph Kipkemoi Koros and (2) Lily Chekurui Too, both of P.O. Box 463, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoros arap Chumo, who died at Chepsoo, on 20th August, 2019. CAUSE No. 101 OF 2020 By (1) Kipkurui arap Chepkwony and (2) Kiristine Chepkoech, both of P.O. Box 323, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Maswai, who died at Tabaita, on 17th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
