TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 82 OF 2019 By Watere Kibayin Nkurne, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Saitoti Kipain alias Moses Saitoti Kibayin, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2011. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By Yiapaso Ene Odinga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odinga Ole Sipala, who died at Maparasha, on 10th June, 2016. CAUSE No. 36 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Wangui Wambugu, (2) Sylvia Wanjiru Mumira and (3) Andrew Gitau Mumira, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lincoln Mumira Gitau alias Lincolin Mumira Gitau, who died at Kajiado County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
