TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By Kavutha Nyamai, of P.O. Box 39-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamai Ngili Mwania, who died on 15th December, 2004. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By (1) Anna Wanjiru Mwaniki and (2) Oscar William Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 122, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Mboo Thuku alias Mwaniki Mboo, who died at Kangondi Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No.418 OF 2019 By Muthini Nyamu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukami Nyamu, who died at Utithini, Masii, on 5th June, 1993. CAUSE No. 242 OF 2019 By Michael William Kathanzu, of P.O. Box 1314-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kathanzu Musau Kilai, who died at Ikulu, Muvuti, on 8th September, 2010. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2020 By Daniel Isika Mutiso, of P.O. Box 10, Kambu in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kithokoi Mutiso alias John Mutiso, who died at Railways, on 8th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
