TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 214 OF 2020 By George Akhulo Oronda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Oronda Wakhulo, who died at Mungatsi Sub-location, on 16th November, 2009. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2020 By Mark Onyango Odeya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Ondeya Makiyo alias Odea Okochi, who died at Bukani Sub-location, on 20th September, 1983. CAUSE No. 394 OF 2020 By Ezekiel Aringo Onyura, of P.O. Box 76, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Mubwala Onyango, who died at Bujumba Sub- location, on 2nd June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
