TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 181 OF 2020 By Elijah P. Onyango, of P.O. Box 435, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hiltruda Achieng Onyango alias Hiltruda Achienga Onyango alias Hiltruda Achieng'a Onyango, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2009. CAUSE No.497 OF 2020 By Conslata Atieno Ododa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Odero C'ober, who died at Nyalenda "A", on 7th June, 2020. CAUSE No. 509 OF 2020 By Sabina Anyango Nyawanda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyawanda Osongo, who died on 8th September, 2007. CAUSE No. 510 OF 2020 By Bonface Odhiambo Okoth, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Oula, who died on 15th April, 1990. CAUSE No. 511 OF 2020 By (1) Benard Onyango Onganyo and (2) Magret Atieno Okeyo, the deceased's grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelia Aguda Omenyo alias Conelia Agunda Menya alias Conelia Agunda Omenya, who died on 12th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
