TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE N0.71 OF 2019 By (1) Stanley Kombe Nzai and (2) Kaingu Nzai Kombe, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzai Kombo alias Nzai Kombe, who died at Muyeye, Shells, on 23rd November, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
