REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wainaina Kibindio (deceased), of P.O. Box 82, Sabasaba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.8 acres or thereabout, known as Loc.5/Ngurweini/411, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 728 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Sammy Ngugi Wainaina (ID/5598166), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Sammy Ngugi Wainaina (ID/5598166), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wainaina Kibindio (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
