REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Mwangi Kaman, of P.O. Box 2893, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0294 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 1/1329 (Langalanga), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
