REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Juma Ali and (2) 23 Others, are registered as proprietors in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 1.761 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 2293/III/MN, situate south of Takaungu in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 24472/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof is under the court order civil suit No. 61 of 2011 (OS), notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
