IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (5) of the Pest Control Products Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives, appoints — ESTHER WANDIA KIMANI (DR.) to be the Chief Executive Officer/Secretary to the Board of Pest Control Products Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th September, 2020.
