TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 94 OF 2020 By Mary Wanjiku Mirara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Haris Mirara alias Julius Harris Mirara alias Julius }Janis Mirara Macharia, who died at Ruai, on 18th March, 2015. CAUSE No.96 OF 2020 By Penina Njoki Mbiu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiu Njomo alias Mbio s/o Njomo, who died a St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2012. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
