TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) John Nyaga Muroko and (2) Boniface Kariuki Muroko, both of P.O. Box 2466, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Muroko Nyaga, who died at Ngerwe Sub- location, on 23rd December, 2007. CAUSE No. 16 "A" OF 2020 By (1) Rebecca Wambui Kabua and (2) Samuel Kariuki Kabua, both of P.O. Box 35, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabua Kanya, who died at Thimu, on 11th August, 2010. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By (1) Beninah Wawira Manji and (2) Joseph Karani Manji, both of P.O. Box 59, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manji Nderi alias Albert Manji Nderi, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
