TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 189 OF 2019 By Ezirah Imbahale Keverenge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Keverenge Imbahale, who died at Viyalo, on 20th April, 1990. CAUSE No. 191 OF 2019 By Esther Khanali Luvutse, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Luvutse Jumba, who died at Plainsview, on 23rd June, 1996. CAUSE NO. 203 OF 2019 By (1) Loida Pamela Imbusi and (2) Humphrey Mangalia Kalegela, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mang'alia Tsisaga alias Mang'alia Tsisaga, who died at Chavogere Sub-location, on 28th September, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
