TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 138 OF 2020 By John Onyango Wambani, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oruko Wadhier, who died at Malanga, on 12th December, 1999. CAUSE No. 222 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Ogonya Agutu, (2) Philista Abung'o Onyango and (3) Selina Atieno Okoth, the deceased's son and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Claudio Agutu Oyoo and (2) Kwarara Oyoo, who died on 17th August, 1979 and 6th September, 1993, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
