TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2020 By Charles Juma Khaemba, of P.O. Box 100, Kamukuywa, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yaola Khaemba Nauyeyi alias Yaola Namuyeye, who died at Musembe, on 4th April, 1979. CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2020 By Kennedy Wafula Mumali, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of without will to the estate of Ferdinand Mumali Situlungu, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
