Box 430-4030, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bande Orongo, who died at Kobuola Kogwang, on 14th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E001 OF 2020 By John Shem Onyunah Ogenoh, of P.O. Box 485, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abednego Odero Ogeno, late of Kaura, who died there on 16th March, 1997. CAUSE No. E007 OF 2020 By Samuel Odhuno Beti, of P.O. Box 281, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Beti Odhuono alias Elijah Beti Odhuno, late of Korayo, who died there on 20th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
