TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 126 OF 2020 By 41) Hussein Alkhano Gababa and (2) Helima Shana Gababa, both ‘of P.O. Box 3067, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grata of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ithlkamo Gabaia, who died at Kongasis, on 4th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 139 OF 2020 By .(1 ) Eunice Wanjiku Githura and (2) Mary Nyambura Njoroge, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate lo the estate of Francis Njoroge Mathu, who died at Mirera Farm, m 8th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
