TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E12 OF 2020 By (1) Fredrick Lukhalango Wandera, (2) Maureen Sarah Wandera and (3) Michael Okumu Wandera, all of P.O. Box 13, Port Victoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Masinga Wanders, who died at Bulemia Sub-location, on 29th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
