CAUSE No. 335 OF 2020 By Annah Nyokabi Waigwa, of P.O. Box 3511-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Waigwa Kaireti alias James Kaireti, late of Nyahururu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya on 2nd August, 2020.
