TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Yasser Suleman Harunani and (2) Tariq Suleman Harunani, both of P.O. Box 11416-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khairunnissa Suleman Abdulshakr Harunani alias Harunani Khairunnissa Abdulsha alias Khairunnissa Suleman Harunani, who died at Nairobi, on 28th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
