TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 31 OF 2020 By (1) Alan Onyango Osano and (2) Josephine Awino Dulo, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Osano Olang' , who died on 8th December, 1990. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Siprosa Auma Makemo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Wadeya, who died on 23rd August, 1982. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By Sheth Otieno Odinya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliff Odinya Obari alias Wycliffe Odinya Obari, who died on 12th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
