TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2020 By Charles Orwa Opiyo, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwalo Ondeyo alias Mwalo w/o Ondeyo, who died at Kameji Sub-location, on 20th June, 2000. CAUSE No. 54 OF 2020 By (1) Bernard Odhiambo Obunga and (2) Jane Atieno Atinda, both of P.O. Box 39, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siprianus Obunga Oduong' alias Obunga Oduong', who died on 7th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
