TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 384 OF 2018 By (1) Teresia Wafubwa Beka, (2) Dorcas Martina Nalela and (3) Harrison Walunywa Beka, all of P.O. Box 86, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's widows and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beka Nalela, who died at Lumakanda County Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By By (1) Peter Kinyatta Welakuna and (2) Meshack Sikolia, both of P.O. Box 86, Malaya in Kenya, the deseased's brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Sikolia Welakuna alias Musa Sikolia Werakuna, who died on 16th March, 2004.
