CAUSE N0.41 OF 2020 By Joseph Wanjala Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 124, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyogesa Sichangi, who died at Kibisi Location, on 13th November, 2005. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2020 By Monicah Muthoni Mwangi, of P.O. Box 55, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kamau James alias Mwangi Kamau, who died at Kimilili Township, on 18th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
