TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 119 OF 2020 By Marygoretti Mwikali Mutunga, of P.O. Box 121-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduli Maseki, who died at Katangini, Nguluni, on 12th August, 1994. CAUSE No. 120 OF 2020 By Marygoretti Mwikali Mutunga, of P.O. Box 121-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutunga Maseki alias David Mutuku Maseki, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
