TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 338 OF 2019 By Joseph Muchoki Kinja, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinja Wathigo, who died at Muruka, on 13th August, 2001. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2020 By Rose Njoki Murigi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Murigi Mwoce alias James Murigi Mwoche, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
