TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2020 By Grace Chepkemoi Lasoi, of P.O. Box 59, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kimitei arap Lasoi, who died at Mediheal Hospital inKenya, on 7th June, 2014. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By (1) Nancy Chepkorir and (2) Langat Kipkirui Wesley, both of P.O. Box 808-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Kipyegon Mutai, who died at St. Luke Det, on 28th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
