TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Jeremiah Bonventure Njuguna, of P.O. Box 62573-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njonge Muchema, who died on 25th May, 2018. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Karuga Kachabe and (2) Benard Gikandi Kanjabi, both of P.O. Box 78-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wambui Kanjabi, who died on 18th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
