TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE N0.105 OF 2020 By Francis Ndambo Matolo, of P.O. Box 1422-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Matolo Mwalili, who died at Kithongoni, on 23rd January, 2016. CAUSE No. 135 OF 2020 By (1) Sophia Ndinda Mwaka and (2) Jayne Frances Mwaka, both of P.O. Box 59698-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion Mwaka Kiveke, who died at 5008, White Leaf Court, Raleigh, N. Carolina, USA, on 2nd May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
