TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By Florence Chesang Saboge, of P.O. Box 556, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Kipngetich Sang alias Joseah K. Sang alias Josiah Sang, who died at Kebeneti, on 22nd October, 2004. CAusE No. 138 OF 2020 By Cheruiyot Simon Kamoing, of P.O. Box 64, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kamoing Tembor, who died at Kusumek Sub-location, on 29th February, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
