TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 29 OF 2020 By (1) Besaline Kipronoh Mutai and (2) Beatrice Cherop Terer, both of P.O. Box 101, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kimutai Terer, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 7th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2020 By Angelina Chemutai Barta, of P.O. Box 11, Kiptere in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christina Chepngeno Yegen alias Tamilgo w/o arap Belion, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 1st April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
