TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 79 OF 2020 By Kingitha Muniu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rydia Njoki Muniu alias Lydia Njoki Muniu, who died at Mununga Sub-location, on 22nd December, 2001. CAUSE No. 80 OF 2020 By Kingitha Muniu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muniu Njuguna, who died at Maraigushu, Kinamba, on 13th March, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
