Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mungai Gatu alias Daniel Mungai W. Gatu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 262 OF 2020 By Hannah Wambui Gitu, of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Njonge Kang'ethe, who died at Lusigetti, on 22nd March, 2005. CAUSE No. 264 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Kanja Mutonga and (2) Edith Mbithe Mutonga, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mutonga Tharuba, who died at Thigio, Gicagi, on 4th January, 2009. CAUSE No. 265 OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Njambi Murugu and (2) Geoffrey Kagona Murugu, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert John Murugu, who died at Muchatha Sub-location, on 3rd April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
